I have used this facility several times and the work is always completed so I have not complaints with that. The issue is communication is not good. I asked several times for an out the door price on the repair and this was after they had the vehicle for several days and was given one. When I arrived, it was a few hundred dollars more than I expected. I never received a call either to inform me the car was ready, I had to call them. Keep your customers informed and honor what your employees...
